I have recently received an address for MCI and am posting it here.

I suggest each of you take the time to write this company about your story ... please include your telephone number and address so that they can get in touch with you. Send it registered with a return receipt requested ... that way you will at least have proof that it was delivered in the form of a card sent back to you. If your credit is damaged you then can counter the damage report by proving you could get no response.

When you are fortunate enough to encounter a real live person ... make a log of not only what they said but before you even begin to talk note on your log the time of day, date and who it is you are speaking with (employee identifying number if possible) ... what they say they will do and what they fail to do.

Be very detailed!

From that point on use that persons name when conversing ... making them aware this is a note you have made.

This will be handy in the long run which is likely to be lengthy if you have been screwed.

Phone number to the executive level complaint department...these are not regular customer service people, they work in Iowa City at the Executive Office and make shit happen fast! They are can-do people not the minimum wage idiots that man the customer service lines.

I have for 5 years received comment from MCI screwees. It is not a pretty story.
For several years at least 2 times a week I would get calls from MCI representatives soliciting my business. My response was always the same: 1. I never accept ANY TELEPHONE OFFER. 2. I would not have MCI as my telephone provider if they were the last telephone company on the planet or they paid me to have it.

When asked why ... my comment is ALWAYS ... I get so many complaints about MCI ... getting paid to have their service would NOT be worth the effort.
